Delivery time & its costs

We strive to have on stock, at any time for you, all products offered on our web site. If an article is not available yet, we will notify you by email. Certainly your order will be shipped as soon as possible by Swiss-Post.

Packets are being sent according to the following table. Delivered by Swiss Post as a so-called B-ECONOMY or A-PRIORITY mail - after reception of payment - with order tracking capabilities and delivery without a signature. If you prefer to receive a registered mail with signatur, there will incur additional costs. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery. We'll send a link for order tracking regardless of which shipping method you choose.

The shipping costs include loading and packing but charges only the postage costs. We encourage you to combine multiple items in one order. We can only combine two different orders within 2 days.

We will process your order as soon as possible; the dispatching will usually be done within 24 hours. To determine when the order will reach you, please add delivery time which is specified in the table below.

Your package will, as usual, according to Swiss OR law sent at your own risk, but all products are packed and shipped in airtight and sealed metal tin or plastic vessels in boxes well protected.

Deliveries outside Switzerland

For cost reasons, deliveries to countries outside of Switzerland, will be sent with German- or the French Post, so there will not be any duty charges.
In rare cases, the customs authorities will impose costs in your country. Unfortunately we do not know how much these customs and import fees are, as they are very different for each country. For more information on the amount of customs duty and possible import regulations, contact your local customs office.
